Topcon Robot help
I have a Topcon GPT-9005 robot that i have run with an FC-250 w/ RS-1 radio (Magnet Field) for years. The FC-250 has been glitchy (crashing) lately and has crashed and eaten the Magnet Field software and is now useless paper weight. I purchased a used FC-250 w/ RS-1 radio (Magnet Field) to continue using the robot i currently have. The problem i am having with the new (used) FC-250 is that whenever i get +/- 30′ from the robot with the FC-250 i am losing connection to the robot…..can someone explain what setting i may need to check to see that the radio is talking to the robot? Any help is appreciated.
