For some reason I'm stuck in lawyer twilight zone this week.
Every odd and weird situation is running through the office, can't get to anything else.

Met with the abuttor who is a lawyer. He felt like he could write all of the legal documents for the subdivision. His specialty is not real estate and the documents prove it.
Met with a lawyer about why we cannot perform a land swap for two properties. I said easements would suit the needs. He agreed. Then asked where the new lot line will be.
