Carlson – Switch Bearing Quadrant in Curve/Line tables
I’m having two issues.
First, when I tag a portion of an arc, the resulting bearing in the curve table always assumes that I’m going counter-clockwise around the arc. I’ve tried every setting and every combination of order of selecting the points to define the arc. The results are always the same.
Second, there’s a handy tool under Annotate-Flip Labels-Switch Bearing/Azimuth Quadrant that allows me to switch the direction of any bearing. It also works great in curve and line tables. My only issue is that if I later need to add additional labels to the table, the labels revert to their original direction.
A solution to either of these would be a godsend.
Yes, I know that 50% of you are thinking it’s my own fault for daring to use a dirty nasty curve table in the first place. ????
