RIP Larry, your words of wisdom will be missed.
Aww man...My baseball buddy has went and joined the other baseball buddies in that giant field of dreams. He was a wonderful, kind, giving person. Many do not know this, but Larry stood up and helped us many times, in the beginning of our founding of Surveyor Connect. He stood up against the bullies that tried to take us down, both physically, financially, and emotionally. It was a rough road but he kept encouraging us to never give up! Of course he would inject his "Go Braves" into our conversations, then giggle when I'd remind him of what team has the most pennants in the National League. We discussed meeting in St. Louis for a Cards Vs. Braves game with his wife and my Wendell. We were suppose to join a cruise with him in the future but then he got that rotten cancer. ?
RIP my friend. You fought a long, hard battle. A true warrior!! ?
If I am ever in Atlanta, I will attend a Braves game in your honor. If I am in St. Louis, I'll make sure it's for a Cards-Braves game. ?
Dang it! Larry was one of the best.
Ditto what Brad said... Larry was teaching us a better way.
I'll bet he is up there hunting monuments...
Sad - he was one of the best...
