I nearly cried when he was talking about the $2,500 copier (at about 18:20). I've caught some weird things in that "corporate overhead" multiplier. It's a sliding scale to make sure it doesn't look like you're making money. A lot of this is music/broadcasting specific, but that's what struck me as odd when so much of it was relatable:
Papa Joe Chevalier called the corporate guys "The Chiselers."
